Entrepreneurs want results, service, expertise and value from their consultants. But, all our services are not commodities, but rather intangible services. Alliance Business Consulting believes that a sound working relationship founded on mutual respect and trust is essential.

...One of the benefits of being a small consulting firm is that we can offer a lot of flexibility. Sometimes, the basic $XX per hour times the number of hours formula is not appropriate for a project, so we work out a customized fee arrangement with the client.

...Our consultants usually bill by the hour, with our rates ranging from $45-$80 an hour depending on the level of work. We offer initial quotes to clients based on the projects and inform clients promptly before we offer re-quotes when needed. Clients are expected to pay a 50% deposit prior to starting most projects, which will cover our initial costs. The other 50% is due prior to final submission of our work to the client.

...We have recently decided to "price-match" local competitive businesses, so our clients do not need to shop around before they come back to choose us. Some of our services have relatively fixed prices, that are much lower than our hourly rates, and clients can expect great value for their purchases.
